Self Defense Aerobathon

The outdoor aerobathon will be action packed with fun activities including aerobics, zumba and kick boxing conducted by Planet Fitness Gym. Alongside the aerobathon a self-defence session will be conducted by African Shield Combat Systems and Prestbury SAPS to enlighten attendees on how to react when confronted with an attack.
